Spacebomb Records is back at Balliceaux, this time presenting Richmond’s favorite cinematic avant-garde and math jazz powerhouses. Inspired by works of John Carpenter, Ingrid Bergman, and kung fu to new a few, Glows in the Dark twists film music into creative and thrilling structures all unto themselves. Ombak spews fire and life into complex jazz-metal while nodding to Tuvan folk music and free jazz pioneer Ornette Coleman.
